摘  要:微量锗元素对茶树的生长发育起着至关重要的作用,不仅参与茶树体内的新陈代谢,还影响茶树叶片中有机锗含量。为便于学者了解茶树锗素营养研究现状,进一步探索茶树吸收与转化锗元素的机理,从而开发富锗茶资源。文章从锗资源概况及有机锗保健功效、有机锗的测定方法及茶树体内的锗含量、茶树对锗元素的吸收累积特性及可能机理、富锗茶资源的开发及其应用前景4个方面进行综述,希望为学者了解富锗茶提供参考。Trace germanium plays an important role in the growth and development of tea plants.It not only partici-pates in the metabolism of tea plants,but also affects the content of organic germanium in tea leaves.The purpose of this paper is to facilitate scholars to understand the research status of germanium nutrition in tea plants,further explore the mechanism of germanium absorption and transformation in tea plants,so as to develop germanium rich tea resources.This paper offered an overview of germanium resources,introduced the health care effect of or-ganic germanium,the determination method of organic germanium and the germanium content in tea plants,the absorption and accumulation characteristics and possible mechanism of germanium in tea plants,and the develop-ment and application prospect of germanium-rich tea resources,hoping to provide a reference for scholars to un-derstand germanium-rich tea.
