摘  要:目的:探讨以实习学生为主导的护理教学查房在儿童心脏ICU护理教学中的应用及效果。方法:将阜外华中心血管病医院儿童心脏中心重症监护室实习的115名实习学生分为对照组和观察组,2017年7月—2018年4月的55名实习学生为对照组,2018年7月—2019年4月的60名实习学生为观察组。对照组采用传统查房模式进行护理教学查房,观察组采用以学生为主导的护理教学查房模式。结果:观察组学生出科理论和技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.805、6.025,P<0.05)。以学生为主导的护理教学查房有助于提高学生解决问题的能力、专业知识水平、检索查阅文献的能力及语言表达能力等,同时也提高了护理教学查房质量。结论:以学生为主导的护理教学查房不但能提高学生的主观能动性,而且在提高临床教学水平的同时,也提高了实习学生的综合能力,促进了实习学生的专科特色发展。Objective:To explore the application and effect of nursing teaching ward rounds led by interns in children’s cardiac ICU nursing teaching.Methods:The 115 intern students in the hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group.55 interns from July 2017 to April 2018 were included in the control group,and 60 interns from July 2018 to April 2019were included in the observation group.Results:The students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the theory and skills assessment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.805,6.025,P<0.05).Student-led nursing teaching ward rounds can help improve students’problem-solving ability,professional knowledge level,ability to retrieve literature and language expression,etc.and also improve the quality of nursing teaching ward rounds.Conclusion:The student-led nursing teaching ward round can not only improve the subjective initiative of the students,but also improve the comprehensive ability of the intern students while improving the clinical teaching level,and promote the development of the specialty characteristics of the intern students.
