摘 要:为提升起重机质量和安全,满足起重机安全监督管理的现实需求,文中提出了以起重机质量安全信息为追溯对象,从起重机全生命周期各个环节出发,利用物联网技术提取出起重机质量安全追溯关键信息,同时搭建起重机质量安全追溯公共服务平台,并与起重机企业应用平台、检验检测平台和地方监管平台实现对接,采集、传输、存储追溯信息,建立起重机质量安全追溯体系,实现起重机全生命周期内质量安全信息的跟踪与追溯,为智慧监管提供技术支撑。In order to improve the quality and safety of cranes and meet the needs of crane safety supervision and management,this paper puts forward that the key information of crane quality and safety traceability should be extracted from every link of the whole life cycle by using the Internet of Things technology,and at the same time,a public service platform for crane quality and safety traceability should be set up,which is connected with the crane enterprise application platform,inspection and detection platform and local supervision platform.It is used to collect,transmit and store traceability information,establish the quality and safety traceability system of cranes,realize the tracking and traceability of the quality and safety information of cranes in the whole life cycle,and provide technical support for intelligent supervision.
