摘  要:南水北调东线工程江都第四抽水站在运行中发生了叶轮外壳气蚀严重、内嵌不锈钢开裂、叶片调节机构受油器发热抱死、叶轮密封老化导致漏油等故障,在进行维修性处理后,有必要对轴流泵可靠性进行分析验证.采用数值模拟技术从流场速度与静压分布、刚强度、拉杆受力等方面进行分析评估.分析结果验证了叶片、转臂的安全性,确定液压站外置、系统油路复杂是渗漏油故障多发的根源,提出并实施了内置式叶片调节机构改造,成功消除了渗漏油的隐患.Aiming at the problem emerging during the operation of Jiangdu No.4 pumping station on the east line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,such as the serious cavitation erosion of impeller shell,the cracking of embedded stainless steel,the heating and locking of oil receiver in blade regulating mechanism,the oil leakage caused by the aging of impeller seal etc.,it is necessary to study and verify the reliability of axial flow pump after the maintainability treatment.The numerical simulation technology was used to analyze and evaluate the flow field velocity,static pressure distribution,stiffness and strength,tension rod force and other factors.The analysis results verify the safety of blades and rotating arms,and further determine that the external hydraulic station and the complex oil circuit system are the origins of frequent oil leakage faults.The modification of built-in blade regulating mechanism was proposed and implemented,and the hidden danger of oil leakage was successfully eliminated.
