基于太阳阳明经病证探讨颈椎病的防治规律

摘　　要：颈椎病目前的分型方式并不足以指导中医临床,应从太阳阳明经病证去防治颈椎病。太阳阳明经走行于颈项前后部,与颈部活动密切联系。历代医家皆围绕太阳阳明经病证展开对颈椎病之治疗,同时现代颈椎病的分型选方用药仍然基于太阳阳明经病证。颈椎病具有太阳余邪,阳明虚弱的特点,其治疗应以调整阳明经为主,以太阳经为辅。太阳阳明经具备肠-脑轴之功能,理论上可将胃肠病变上传至颈项从而促进颈椎病的发病,这为颈椎病与脾胃虚弱之间存在的密切关系提供了科学依据。在颈椎病的防治过程中,应注重勿嗜生冷寒凉,保护脾胃功能及顺时调摄。It should be based on the disease syndrome of Taiyang-Yangming Meridians for preventing and treating cervical spondylosis because the current classification of cervical spondylosis is not enough to guide the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.The Taiyang meridian and Yangming Meridian run in the anterior and posterior part of the neck,with closely relation to the activity of the neck.Almost famous doctors in the past dynasties have carried out the treatment of cervical spondylosis around the disease syndrome of Taiyang-Yangming meridians.At present,the prescription and medication of cervical spondylopathy are still based on the disease syndrome of Taiyang-Yangming meridians.Cervical spondylosis has the characteristics of less evil in the Taiyang and weakness of Yangming,so that the treatment of it should be based on adjusting Yangming meridian and supplemented by Taiyang meridian.TaiyangYangming meridians have the similar function of gut-brain axis,which can theoretically upload gastrointestinal lesions to the neck,thus promoting the incidence of cervical spondylosis,which provides a scientific basis for the close relationship between cervical spondylosis and spleen and stomach weakness.In the process of prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis,it should pay attention to not always eating raw and cold food,protecting the function of spleen and stomach and regulating timely.
