摘　　要：以社会需求为导向,秉承培养社会所需的科研、应用型技术人才的教学理念,开展校企合作,努力探索校企双方互利双赢、可持续发展的基地建设模式。建立本科生校外实践教育、青年教师工程素养培养、产学研合作等三个平台,通过合作实践教育基地运行机制的建设、大学生开放实践平台的建设、实践教学内容体系的建设、双师型实践教师队伍建设和产学研基地的建设,提升大学生实践技能和青年教师科研素养,为地方、国家培养适应社会需求的创新应用型技术人才。Guided by social needs,adhering to the teaching philosophy of cultivating scientific research and application-oriented technical talents required by the society,school-enterprise cooperation has been carried out to explore the mutual beneficial,win-win and sustainable base construction model of between school and enterprise.By establishing undergraduates'off-campus practical education platform,young teachers'engineering literacy training platform,and industry-university-research cooperation platform,through the construction of the operating mechanism of the cooperative practice education base,the construction of the open practice platform for college students,the construction of the practice teaching content system,the construction of a team of dual-professional practice teachers,and the construction of the production-university-research base,the practical skills of college students and the scientific research literacy of young teachers can be improved,and innovative and applied technical talents that meet the needs of the society can be cultivated for the local and the country.
