度洛西汀与SSRI治疗抑郁症副作用Meta分析的再分析

摘　　要：目的对国内度洛西汀与选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物副作用的Meta分析进行再分析,以评价度洛西汀与5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物的副作用及其差异。方法采用Reman 5.2软件对符合纳入标准的4篇关于度洛西汀与选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物的副作用评价结果的文献再次进行Meta分析,主要指标是各种不同药物所致的不良反应发生率。结果度洛西汀的消化道不良反应比选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物多(P<0.01),失眠发生率更高(P<0.01),心电图改变发生率更高(P<0.05),但选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物所致的总不良反应发生率更高(P<0.01)。结论度洛西汀与选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物所致的不良反应发生率和类型有差异,应全面评价,既不偏重疗效,也不忽视副作用,才能使治疗发挥最大作用。Objective To reanalyze the Meta-analysis of the side effects of duloxetine and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)in China,in order to evaluate the side effects and differences between duloxetine and SSRIs.Methods Reman 5.2 software was used to conduct a Meta-analysis again on the evaluation results of side effects of duloxetine and SSRIs in 4 articles that met the inclusion criteria.The primary measure was the incidence of side effects from various drugs.Results Duloxetine had more gastrointestinal side effects than SSRIs(P<0.01),a higher incidence of insomnia(P<0.01),and a higher incidence of ECG changes(P<0.05),but SSRIs had a higher incidence of total adverse reactions(P<0.01).Conclusions There are differences in the incidence and types of side effects between duloxetine and SSRIs,which should be comprehensively evaluated,neither focusing on the efficacy nor ignoring the side effects,so that the treatment can play the greatest role.
