摘 要:本文针对喷墨印刷系统功能及构成多样化导致的印刷性能测评难题,提出了一种基于共性特征的喷墨印刷系统配置方案。首先根据构成、主要性能和信息流,提出了部分、子系统、单元和装置的四层级构成分析原则;分析了印刷精度、印刷速度、印刷稳定性、裁切稳定性、兼容性等共性特征的匹配性;依据喷墨印刷国家标准及检验检测情况,提出了各部分、子系统、单元、装置的性能匹配方案。研究表明:喷墨印刷系统层级划分原则及配置方案具有普适性,将对喷墨印刷系统制造企业及印刷企业提供参考。Aiming at the printing performance evaluation problems caused by the diversification of functions and composition of inkjet system, a configuration scheme of inkjet printing system based on common characteristics was proposed. Firstly, according to the composition, main performance and information flow, the four level structural analysis principle including parts, subsystems, units and devices was proposed;The matching of common characteristics such as printing accuracy, printing speed, printing stability, cutting stability and compatibility are analyzed;According to the national standard and inspection of inkjet printing, the performance matching scheme of each part, subsystem, unit and device was put forward. The research showed that the hierarchical division principle and configuration scheme of inkjet printing system are universal, which will provide reference for inkjet printing system manufacturing enterprises and printing enterprises.
