摘  要:研究了一种用于特制玻璃封接的定膨胀4J32C合金,该合金在室温附近具有恒定的热膨胀系数(2.3×10^(-6)/≤α_(10-30℃)≤2.7×10^(-6)/℃)。研究了Ni、Ti元素和热加工变形量对合金膨胀性能的影响,结果表明,合金主元素Ni质量分数为37.5%~38.0%时,其膨胀系数较为恒定,随着Ti元素的增加合金的膨胀系数增大。不同热加工变形量获得的试样,经过相同的热处理制度处理后,其膨胀系数变化不大。A constant expansion 4 J32 C alloy for special glass sealing was studied. The alloy has a constant coefficient of thermal expansion (2.3×10^(-6)/≤α_(10-30℃)≤2.7×10^(-6)/℃) near room temperature.The effects of Ni, Ti and hot working deformation on the expansion properties of the alloy were studied. The results showed that the expansion coefficient of the alloy was relatively constant when the content of Ni was 37.5% ~ 38.0%, and increased with the increase of Ti. The expansion coefficient of samples with different hot working deformation changes little after being treated by the same heat treatment system.
