锂离子电池正极浆料特性研究

摘  要:锂离子电池生产过程中,浆料的稳定性对极片的加工和电池的储锂性能有着直接的影响。以锰酸锂(LMO)和镍钴锰酸锂(NCM523)为活性材料制备正极浆料。采用刮板细度计、黏度计、电导率测试仪等研究了LMO和NCM523的不同质量分数对浆料的细度、黏度、固含量及极片电导率等因素的影响。实验结果表明:NCM523和LMO质量比为1∶4的正极浆料稳定性较好,浆料在8h以内未见明显沉降,浆料细度≤35μm、黏度下降率1.95%/10℃、电阻率158mΩ/cm。The electrode formation progress and the battery lithium storage performance are directly affected by the stability of slurry during the lithium-ion batteryproduction.Herein,two typical electrode materials,lithium manganite(LMO)and lithium nickel-cobalt manganite(NCM523)cathode are selected to prepare slurry electrodes.The effects of mass fraction ratioof LMO and NCM523 in the slurry preparation process on the slurry fineness,viscosity,solid content of slurry and resistivity of electrode were intensively investigated by the scraper fineness meter,viscosity meter and conductivity tester.The results showed that for the stability of positive slurry with the mass fraction ratio of 1∶4 of NCM523 and LMO was better,which had not been found within 8h for obvious settlement,slurry fineness≤35μm,1.95%/10℃of viscosity drop rate,and 158mΩ/cm of electrical resistivity.
