摘　　要：高校化学实验室的安全、环保、健康关系着广大师生的健康及幸福感,关系着社会对学校以及对化学、化工专业的评价和认识。责任关怀理念作为一种全新的先进的理念,在国内高校中的推广还很有必要加强。首先介绍了责任关怀理念在高校中的推广实施情况,然后分析了在高校中尤其是高职院校中推广实施责任关怀理念的必要性及意义,结论是责任关怀理念的实施必将极大提高实验室的管理水平。Safe,Environment and health of chemical laboratory in colleges and universities are related to the health and happiness of teachers and students.And also related to the social evaluation of the university and chemical specialty.As a new and advanced concept,the concept of responsible care needs to be strengthened in the promotion of domestic universities.This paper first introduces the promotion and implementation of the concept of responsible care in colleges and universities.And then analyzes the necessity and significance of promoting and implementing the concept of responsible care in colleges and universities,especially in higher vocational colleges.The conclusion is that the implementation of the concept of responsible care will greatly improve the management level of laboratories.
