摘 要:目的探讨听障儿童塞音的嗓音起始时间(voice onset time,VOT)特征及其与健听儿童的差异,为听障儿童塞音构音康复提供循证依据。方法采用重复测量两个因素的三因素混合实验设计,对16例听障儿童和31例健听儿童进行三种发音任务(单音节、双音节和短句)中汉语普通话6个塞音(/b/、/p/、/d/、/t/、/g/、/k/)的VOT测量,比较两组结果。结果两组间除了/p/和/t/之外,其余塞音之间的VOT差异极其显著(P<0.001),VOT值从小到大依次为/b/、/d/、/g/、/t/、/p/、/k/;从发音任务角度来看,单音节的VOT值显著大于双音节和短句(均为P<0.001)。交互效应结果表明,当塞音为短句中的/d/、/g/和/k/时,听障儿童的VOT值显著低于健听儿童(P<0.001)。结论与健听儿童相比,听障儿童在发/d/、/g/、/k/时VOT值不足,在句长较长的发音任务中会出现VOT值减小;听障儿童塞音构音训练需加强言语呼吸方式和连续语流中的塞音构音训练。Objective To explore the characteristics of the voice onset time(VOT)of hearing-impaired children and their differences with normal-hearing children,in order to provide evidence for the rehabilitation of hearing impaired children.Methods A three-factor mixed experiment design with repeated measurement of two factors was adopted.Sixteen hearing-impaired children and thirty one normal-hearing children were included as participants.Three sets of pronunciation tasks(monosyllabic words,bisyllabic words,and short sentences)were performed in both groups of participants,to obtain the VOT measurement of 6 stops(/b/、/p/、/d/、/t/、/g/、/k/)in these tasks.Results Except for/p/and/t/,the differences in VOT between all stop sounds were extremely significant,which ranked as/b/,/d/,/g/,/t/,/p/,/k/in order of the VOT value from the smallest to the largest.From the aspect of pronunciation task,the VOT value of monosyllabic words was significantly greater than that of bisyllabic words and short sentences.The interaction effect results showed that when the stop was/d/,/g/and/k/in the short sentence pronunciation task,the VOT value of hearing-impaired children was significantly lower than that of normal-hearing children.Conclusion Compared with the normal-hearing children,hearing-impaired children have insufficient VOT values in stops/d/,/g/and/k/.In addition,VOT value reduced in pronunciation tasks with longer length.Speech breathing and articulation training within continuous speech flow should be strengthened during stop sounds articulation training for hearing impaired chidren.
