摘 要:目的检测SOX2蛋白、SOX7蛋白、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)及细胞周期素(CyclinD1)蛋白在喉癌及癌旁正常上皮组织中的表达,并初步探讨其在喉癌发生中的临床意义。方法将收集到的65例喉癌组织和其中40例对应癌旁正常上皮组织的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色,检测SOX2、SOX7、β-catenin及CyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果SOX2、β-catenin及CyclinD1蛋白在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常上皮组织(P<0.05),SOX7蛋白在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常上皮组织(P<0.05);喉癌组织中SOX2、SOX7、β-catenin及CyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移及T分期相关(P<0.05),与吸烟、饮酒、年龄、性别、分化程度、临床分型等均无相关性(P>0.05);在喉癌组织中β-catenin和cyclinD1与SOX2蛋白的表达呈正相关(φ=0.732,P<0.001;φ=0.844,P<0.001),与SOX7蛋白的表达呈负相关(φ_(SOX7与β-catenin)=-0.213,P<0.001;φ_(SOX7与cyclinD1)=-0.455,P<0.001),且β-catenin与cyclinD1的表达呈正相关(φ=0.661,P<0.001),SOX2与SOX7的表达呈负相关(φ=-0.388,P=0.002)。结论SOX2、β-catenin及CyclinD1蛋白在喉癌组织中高表达,SOX7蛋白在喉癌组织中低表达,推测SOX2、SOX7蛋白可能对喉癌的进展有一定影响。Objective To study the expression of SOX2,SOX7,β-catenin and CyclinD1 proteins in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent normal epithelial tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed on 65 laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 40 paraffin sections of adjacent normal epithelial tissues to detect the expression of SOX2,SOX7,β-catenin and CyclinD1 proteins.Results The positive expression rates of SOX2,β-catenin and CyclinD1 proteins in laryngeal cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous normal tissues(P<0.05),and the positive expression rates of SOX7 protein in laryngeal cancer tissues were lower than those in paracancerous normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of SOX2,SOX7,β-catenin and CyclinD1 proteins in laryngeal cancer tissues were correlated with lymph node metastasis and stage(P<0.05),but not with smoking,drinking,age,sex,degree of differentiation and clinical type(P>0.05).The expression ofβ-catenin and CyclinD1 were positively correlated with SOX2 in laryngeal carcinoma(φ_(SOX2 andβ-catenin)=0.732,P<0.001;φ_(SOX2 and cyclinD1)=0.844,P<0.001),while were negatively correlated with the expression of SOX7(φ_(SOX7 andβ-catenin)=-0.213,P<0.001;φ_(SOX2 and cyclinD1)=-0.455,P<0.001),β-catenin and CyclinD1 expression were positively correlated(φ=0.661,P<0.001),and SOX2 and SOX7 expression were negatively correlated(φ=-0.388,P<0.002).Conclusion SOX2,β-catenin and CyclinD1 proteins were highly expressed in laryngeal cancer tissues,while SOX7 proteins were low expressed in laryngeal cancer tissues,suggesting that SOX2 and SOX7 proteins may have a certain influence on the progression of laryngeal cancer.
