陶瓷修复中原有锔钉的处理方法——以光绪款粉彩缠枝花果纹壮罐的修复为例

摘　　要：光绪款粉彩缠枝花果纹壮罐身也存在不同程度的侵蚀和附着物。为了实现瓷器更好的保存及展示,本研究对该瓷器进行了科技分析与修复工作。研究首先借助YXLON MG325大型固定式X光探伤机对文物本体及锔钉部分进行了探测,确定了瓷器本体及锔钉部分是否稳定,从而判断出应该保留原始锔钉。其次,利用SU1510型扫描电子显微镜对锔钉及其周围的材料进行了分析,确定了锔钉及其周围的材料。最后,在对瓷器本体保存现状分析的基础上,制定出修复方案,采取了清洗、加固、锔钉处理、补配、打磨、上色、仿釉等一系列流程实现了瓷器的完整修复。The Guangxu pastel flower flower vase is a private collection of Qing Dynasty porcelain,which was repaired by curium porcelain process.As a result of preserve unbecoming,curium nail periphery fills material aging change color,implement body also exists the erosion of different degree and attachment.In order to achieve better preservation and display of the porcelain,this research carried out scientific and technological analysis and restoration of the porcelain.The study first of all with the aid of YXLON MG325 large fixed type X ray flaw detection machine to cultural relic body and curium nail part were detected,determined porcelain body and curium nail part is stable,judge should keep original curium nail thereby.Next,use SU1510 model scanning electron microscope to undertake analysis to curium nail and the material around curium nail and determined the material around curium nail.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of the preservation of porcelain body,the restoration plan is made,and a series of processes such as cleaning,strengthening,curium nail treatment,complement,burnish,coloring,and imitation glaze are adopted to realize the complete restoration of porcelain.
