摘  要:目的针对现形势下3D喷墨印刷技术下建筑瓷砖花色创新性研究,以现投放市场中瓷砖产品为例分析探究产品花色案例,为现阶段发展作出基本花色梳理。方法通过分析3D陶瓷喷墨技术的变革与发展,以3D喷墨印刷技术进入中国瓷砖喷墨产品生产为例,梳理出建筑瓷砖花色发展路径。结果分析现有3D喷墨印刷陶瓷产品花色在生产中面临的开发壁垒,并在生活趣味、实用环保、市场需求等基础上提炼,探寻符合市场消费需求的3D喷墨印刷陶瓷花色创新路径。结论通过分析探索花色使用中处境,进一步发掘市场需求和技术攀登之路。为促进3D喷墨印刷技术在建筑瓷砖花色创新提供参考借鉴。Objective In view of the innovative research on architectural tile design under the 3D inkjet printing technology in the current situation,the ceramic tile products in the market are taken as an example to analyze and explore product design cases,and make a basic design sorting for the development at the present stage.MethodsBy analyzing the reform and development of 3D inkjet ceramic technology,taking 3D inkjet printing technology into the production of Chinese ceramic inkjet products as an example,the development path of architectural ceramic tile design is sorted out.Results This paper analyzes the development barriers faced by the existing 3D inkjet printing ceramic product design in production,and extracts it based on life interest,practical environmental protection and market demand,so as to explore the innovation path of 3D inkjet printing ceramic design that meets the market demand.Conclusion Through the analysis to explore the use of color situation,further explore the market demand and technical climbing road.It provides reference for promoting the innovation of 3D inkjet printing technology in architectural tile design.
