泸州市大学新生牙周保健知识及行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解并分析泸州市高校大学新生的牙周保健知识及行为情况,为制定大学生牙周预防保健方案提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对四川省泸州市两所高校共441名入校新生进行口腔保健知识、行为的问卷调查。结果新生中79.1%的人每天刷牙两次及以上,20.2%有使用牙线的习惯。看过口腔医生的新生占60.5%,专门为了预防口腔疾病就诊的仅为9.0%。新生中知道牙龈出血是不正常现象的有64.2%,知道牙龈出血需要治疗有39.2%。新生有吸烟习惯的有4.5%,主要为男生。分别有4.3%、22.2%、53.7%、16.3%、3.4%的新生认为口腔健康状况很好、较好、一般、较差及很差。结论大学新生的牙周病相关保健知识不足,保健行为不规范。性别、出生地、牙医就诊情况等是大学新生牙周保健知识及行为的影响因素。Objective The purpose of the study is to investigate and analyze the periodontal health care knowledge and behavior of college freshmen in Luzhou city,and to provide a scientific basis for oral health prevention for college students.Methods Adopting the method of random cluster sampling,441 freshmen from two universities in Luzhou city were investigated.Results 79.1%of fresh⁃men brushed their teeth twice or more per day and 20.2%of freshmen had the habit of flossing.60.5%of freshmen visited dentists,while only 9.0%of freshmen visited a dentist for oral health prevention.64.2%of freshmen knew that gingival bleeding was abnormal,while only 39.2%of freshmen knew that gingival bleeding needs treatment.4.5%of freshmen,mainly male students,had the habit of smoking.4.3%,22.2%,53.7%,16.3%and 3.4%of freshmen considered their oral condition as very good,good,fair,bad and very bad respectively.Conclusion Freshmen don’t know enough about periodontal disease and their health care behavior is not standard.Gen⁃der,place of birth and dental visit are the factors that affect the knowledge and behavior of periodontal health care of freshmen.
