摘  要:采用差分拉曼光谱技术和判别分析模型,建立了对来源不同的多个食品塑料包装袋种类鉴别的分类模型。实验搜集了46种不同厂家的食品塑料包装袋样品的差分拉曼光谱图,前期已通过系统聚类分为17类。选择各类别先验概率按照和各类样品量呈正比进行计算,借助因子分析提取特征变量,采用判别分析实现分析鉴别。结果表明,判别准确率达100%,实验结果理想。该方法结果准确,操作简单,为基层办案提供一种实用的分析模型。Differential Raman spectroscopy and discriminant analysis model were used and a number of classification models for identifying types of food plastic packaging bags from different sources and manufacturers have been established.The experiment collected the differential Raman spectra of 46 kinds of food plastic packaging bags samples from different manufacturers,and they were divided into 17 categories through systematic clustering in the early stage.The prior probability of each category is selected to be calculated in proportion to the amount of various samples,feature variables are extracted with the help of factor analysis,and discriminant analysis is used to realize analysis and identification.The results show that the accuracy of discrimination is 100%,and the experimental results are ideal.This method has accurate results and simple operation,providing a practical analysis model for grassroots cases.
