摘 要:基于道岔钢轨、扣件、限位器、间隔铁、梁部和桥墩等多个结构的详细尺寸和参数,以及相互之间的作用关系,创建市域铁路桥上无缝道岔单渡线空间耦合精细化模型。计算分析温度场作用下市域铁路桥上无缝道岔单渡线的各项力学特性,与相同计算参数条件下的桥上无缝线路进行对比,并探讨钢轨温差的影响。研究表明,在温度场作用下,由于市域铁路无缝道岔铺设位置距离连续梁端部较远,钢轨和桥墩伸缩附加力最大值及桥梁变形受无缝道岔单渡线影响较小,受桥梁温差造成的桥梁伸缩影响较大,其规律与桥上无缝线路相同;而钢轨温差对于道岔本身受力和变形影响较大,仍然不可忽视。Based on the interaction between the turnout rail, fastener, displacement restrictor, interval iron, bridge and pier, which consider the particular dimension and parameters, detailed space coupled model of the seamless single crossover on bridge in urban railway is built, which considers the particular dimension and parameter. The mechanical characteristics of seamless single crossover on bridge in urban railway under the temperature field has been analyzed using this coupled model, the CWR on bridge under the same calculation parameters has been compared, the influence of rail temperature difference has been investigated, and the scientific advices has been provided. It’s shown that, which under the temperature field, the influences of seamless single crossover on the maximum additional expansion and contraction forces of rail and pier and the bridge deformation are smaller, because the laying position is far from the end of continuous beam. The influence from bridge expansion and contraction affected by bridge temperature difference is greater, which is similar to CWR on bridge. The influence on the force and deformation of turnout from rail temperature difference is great, which would not be ignored.
