摘 要:磁悬浮交通因其噪声小、能耗少等优点,成为具有良好前景的城市交通工具,但针对时速160~200 km磁悬浮交通系统研究尚处于起步阶段,其桥梁结构竖向刚度及温度变形适应性研究成为当务之急。分析影响轨道梁刚度及变形的因素,对比各项规范中变形指标限值,探索适用于时速160~200 km磁悬浮交通轨道梁的静活载竖向挠度限值以及温度引起变形限值;提出一种新型结构形式,利用有限元分析计算静活载、温度荷载作用下不同梁高、不同跨度的挠度,并确定不同跨度下的合理梁高,给出经济合理的结构尺寸。研究表明,梁高对静活载挠度和温度变形挠度均有显著影响,建议时速160~200 km的磁浮交通优先采用跨度为24 m、梁高为2.1 m的结构形式。Maglev transportation has advantages including low noise and low energy consumption, and it becomes a promising urban transportation. However, the research on the maglev transportation system with the speed of 160~200 km/h is still at initial stage. The research on the vertical stiffness and temperature deformation adaptability of maglev bridge structure has become a top priority. This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the stiffness and deformation of the track beam, compared the limit values of the deformation index in various specifications, and found the limit values of the vertical deflection of the static live load and the temperature deformation. A new type of structure was proposed, and the deflection of different beam height and span under static live load and temperature load were calculated by finite element analysis. The variation law was analyzed, and the reasonable beam height under different span was determined. The economic and reasonable structure size was given. It is found that the beam height has a significant effect on the static live load deflection and temperature deflection, and the temperature deflection is more important for the control of structure. Through analysis and comparison, it is suggested that the structure with 24 m span and 2.1 m beam height should be adopted for the maglev traffic with speed of 160~200 km/h. The results of this paper can provide references and ideas for the future design.
