摘 要:地下综合管廊上穿运营地铁线施工必然造成对既有隧道结构的影响,严重时可能造成隧道结构的变形过大影响运营安全,甚至会造成结构的破坏,减小对既有运营地铁线的影响是管廊设计和施工中的难点。以苏州某地下综合管廊上跨地铁隧道节点工程为例,通过对建设过程中控制性因素的分析对设计和施工方案进行了研究。同时对采取措施后的相应变形情况进行数值模拟计算,分析表明方案对既有地铁隧道变形控制能满足地铁相关变形控制要求。The construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery crossing the operating subway line will inevitably have an impact on the existing tunnel structure.In serious cases,it may cause excessive deformation of the tunnel structure,affect the operation safety,and even cause structural damage.Reducing the impact on the existing operating subway line is a difficulty in the design and construction of the pipe gallery.Taking the joint project of a subway tunnel over an underground comprehensive pipe gallery in Suzhou as an example,this paper studies the design and construction scheme through the analysis of the controlling factors in the construction process.At the same time,the corresponding deformation after the measures are taken is numerically simulated.The analysis shows that the scheme can meet the relevant deformation control requirements for the existing subway tunnel.
