摘  要:介绍了宝日希勒露天煤矿智能矿山建设总体设计和建设情况;阐述了以网络、管控、操作、监控和安全等为重点的新型智能化建设模式,并以新型作业模式中的无人驾驶项目为例,介绍了其在宝日希勒露天煤矿中的实践经验。该项目建设已取得了露天煤矿双控双驾线控技术、智能避障技术、原创无人驾驶鲁棒自适应算法等10余项关键技术创新突破,并在相关标准建设方面取得较大进展;同时,在国内率先实现车内全无人状态下的全天候无人驾驶生产作业,成为世界首个极寒环境5G+无人驾驶编组项目,该项目成果可复制可推广,在行业内起到了示范引领作用。The overall design and construction of intelligent mine construction in Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine were introduced,and the new intelligent construction mode focusing on network,control,operation,monitoring and safety was expounded,and taking the driveless project in the new operation mode as an example,its practical experience in Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine was introduced.The construction of the project had made more than 10 key technological innovations and breakthroughs,such as open-pit coal mine dual control and dual drive by wire control technology,intelligent obstacle avoidance technology and original driveless robust adaptive algorithm,and great progress in the construction of relevant standards has made.This project was the first to realize all-weather driveless production operation under the condition of unmanned operation in vehicle in China,and had become the world's first 5G+driveless marshalling project in extremely cold environment.The results of the project could be copied and popularized,and play a demonstration and leading role in the industry.
