生态文明视域下环境伦理教育的实践路径

摘　　要：环境伦理教育是针对环境恶化而进行的一种新型德育活动。保护生态环境更自觉、更自然的力量基于伦理,来自对环境伦理的真正体悟。环境伦理教育是有效实施环境教育、提高全民环境道德意识、有效推进生态文明建设、实现中华民族伟大复兴和美丽中国梦的根本保障。在环境伦理教育实践路径中,要大力倡导绿色创建实践活动,充分发挥创建活动的环境伦理教育合力,构建全方位教育体系,体现政府教育主导作用,推进政府主导环境伦理教育系统化、一体化、网络化和终身化进程;发挥新闻媒体宣传教育功能,营造有利于环保事业发展的舆论氛围,激发公众生态责任和参与意识;完善环境伦理教育运行保障机制,从制度、资金、师资等方面给予保障,确保环境伦理教育实施。Environmental ethics education is a new type of moral education activity that addresses the problem of environmental degradation.The power to protect the ecological environment more consciously and naturally is based on ethics,and comes from a true human appreciation of the ethical value of the environment.Environmental ethics education is the central task of the effective implementation of environmental education.It is one of the fundamental guarantees for implementing the basic national policy of environmental protection,improving the environmental awareness and scientific and cultural quality of the whole nation,advancing the construction of ecological civilization,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the beautiful Chinese dream.In the practical path of environmental ethics education,we should vigorously advocate the creation of green practices,give full play to the synergy of environmental ethics education through the creation of activities,and build an all-round education system.We should also give full play to the publicity and education function of the media to create an atmosphere conducive to the development of the cause of environmental protection and stimulate the public’s sense of ecological responsibility and awareness of participation;we should improve the operational guarantee mechanism for environmental ethics education,and provide sufficient guarantees in terms of systems,funding and teachers to ensure the effective implementation of environmental ethics education.
