摘　　要：医院信息系统是医院工作流程中必不可少的工具,解决了医院工作中“信息孤岛”的现象,是现代化管理手段和方法在医院管理中的有效应用。通过医院信息系统实现集成化的信息管理,为医院的整体运行提供了数据平台,是医院高效运行的支撑。笔者从软件工程的管理和实施角度,简析医院信息系统的上线过程和医院信息系统管理在医院运行的重要性。The hospital information system is an indispensable tool in the hospital work process,which solves the phenomenon of“information island”in the hospital work,and is an effective application of modern management methods and methods in hospital management.The integrated information management is realized through the hospital information system,which provides a data platform for the overall operation of the hospital and supports the efficient operation of the hospital.From the perspective of software engineering management and implementation,the author briefly analyzes the on-line process of hospital information system and the importance of hospital information system management in hospital operation.
