摘 要:“三全育人”理念为改进高职院校思政教育、增强思政课教学实效提供了良好契机,而促进思政课教学改革的关键在于教学模式的创新。针对目前高职思政课教学存在的问题,在论述高职思政课实施协同教学模式的理论依据和现实需求的基础上,提出…“三全育人”理念下高职思政课协同教学模式构建的路径:全员育人下的队伍协同、全方位育人下的教学渠道协同和全过程育人下的课程教学协同。The concept of“Three Omnibearing Education”provides a good opportunity for improving ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and enhancing the actual effect of ideological and political teaching.The key to promoting ideological and political teaching reform lies in innovation of teaching mode.Based on the current problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational education,the theoretical basis and realistic needs of the implementation of collaborative teaching mode in higher vocational ideological and political courses are explained,and the construction of a collaborative teaching mode in higher vocational ideological and political courses under concept of“Three Omnibearing Education”is proposed.Path:Team collaboration under full-staff education,teaching channel collaboration under all-round education,and curriculum teaching collaboration under full-process education.
