摘　　要：目的:探索偏头痛患者脑功能改变与焦虑情绪的相关性。方法:纳入20例无先兆偏头痛患者为偏头痛组,另选择20例健康志愿者为对照组,2组均行静息态fMRI扫描。利用GIFT V3.0b软件对2组静息态fMRI数据行独立成分分析,确定执行控制网络(ECN)后采用REST V1.8软件分析2组ECN差异脑区。以差异脑区为ROI提取局部一致性(ReHo)值,计算ReHo值与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的相关性。结果:偏头痛组右侧小脑扁桃体、左侧小脑后叶、右侧小脑后叶、右侧楔叶视觉联合皮质ReHo值下降,右侧额中回、右侧尾状核体部、右侧额上回额极、左侧额上回ReHo值升高;相关性分析显示,右侧小脑后叶ReHo值与SAS评分呈正相关(r=0.327,P=0.039)。结论:偏头痛患者存在脑功能异常改变,且脑功能改变与偏头痛患者的焦虑情绪相关。Objective:To explore the correlation between the functional changes of the brain and anxiety in patients with migraine.Methods:20 migraine without aura patients and 20 healthy controls were selected to obtain the rs-fMRI images,then the executive control network(ECN)results were analyzed by GIFT V3.0b and REST V1.8 software.Regional homogeneity(ReHo)was obtained from the differentiated brain areas as ROI.The correlation between the ReHo values and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores was analyzed.Results:The ReHo values of migraine group decreased in the right cerebellar tonsil,left posterior cerbellar lobe,right posterior cerbellar lobe,right cuneus visual cortex and increased in the right middle frontal gyrus,right caudate nucleosome,right superior frontal gyrus frontal pole,left superior frontal gyrus.The results of correlation analysis showed that the ReHo value of the right posterior lobe of cerebellum was positively correlated with SAS scores(r=0.327,P=0.039).Conclusions:There are abnormal functional brain changes in migraine patients,and the functional brain changes are related to anxiety.
