农科专业学位研究生教育综合改革实践研究——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘　　要：为加快培养国家急需高层次农科应用型人才,完善农科人才培养结构体系建设,需大力发展农林学科专业学位研究生教育,推进落实农业博士专业学位授权点增设的具体工作和程序,打通农科专业学位硕博连读研究生培养通道。以“项目制”招生培养改革为抓手,持续完善“多方参与、四维管理”制度政策,从优化专业学位授权点结构布局、创新人才培养模式、完善学位授予标准、建设一流导师队伍、健全质量评价体系建设等方面,加快推进新时代研究生教育综合改革,推动农科专业学位研究生教育实现内涵式高质量发展。In order to speed up the training of high-level applied talents in agriculture and improve the construction of the training structure system of agricultural talents,it is necessary to vigorously develop the postgraduate education of professional degrees in agriculture and forestry.We will promote the implementation of the specific work and procedures for the establishment of authorization points for agricultural doctoral degrees,and open up the training channels for postgraduates with master's degrees and doctoral degrees in agriculture.Starting with the reform of enrollment and training of"project system",we will continuously improve the system and policy of"multi-participation and four-dimensional management".From the aspects of optimizing the structural layout of professional degree authorization points,innovating talent training mode,perfecting degree awarding standards,building a team of first-class mentors,and perfecting the construction of quality evaluation system,we will speed up the comprehensive reform of postgraduate education in the new era.We will promote the connotative and high-quality development of professional degree postgraduate education in agricultural major.
