摘 要:目的:探讨口服泼尼松对复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)患者治疗前后唾液中辅助型T细胞(Th)1/Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法:设置对照组(健康志愿者,n=15)和实验组(RAU患者,n=60);实验组患者口服15 mg/d泼尼松治疗7 d。采集实验组患者治疗前和治疗第7天次日的非刺激性唾液样本。利用流式微球分析检测Th1/Th2型细胞因子表达量和IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果:治疗前,实验组唾液中IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达量和IFN-γ/IL-4比值均明显高于正常对照组。治疗后,唾液中IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达量和IFN-γ/IL-4比值均显著低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:泼尼松能通过降低唾液IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平对RAU发挥治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of systemic prednisone on helper T cell(Th)1/2 cytokines in saliva of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)before and after treatment.Methods:The control group(healthy volunteers, n=15)and the experimental group(RAU patients, n=60)were set up, and whole unstimulated saliva samples were collected from the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was orally treated with 15 mg/d prednisone for 7 days.The expression levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 were detected.Results:Before treatment, the expression levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γ,TNF-α and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 in saliva of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control subjects.Compared with before treatment, the expression levels of IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γ,TNF-α and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 in saliva after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prednisone can treat RAU by reducing salivary levels of IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γ and TNF-α.
