摘 要:台湾地区高校劳作教育以东海大学劳作教育制度建立为开端,随着“服务学习”理念的引入,劳作教育逐渐依托服务学习课程,实现课程与劳动服务的结合。台湾地区高校劳作教育在实施过程中呈现出教育主管部门与高校协同推进、高校内部自上而下协同共管、劳作教育与专业教育和社会服务融合实施、专业培训和教师奖励多措并举的特点。台湾地区高校劳作教育可以作为镜鉴。College-level labor education in Taiwan started with the establishment of the labor education program at Tunghai University.With the introduction of the concept of“Service-Learning”,labor education gradually relies on Service-Learning courses to achieve the combination of curriculum and labor services.In the process of implementation,labor education in colleges and universities in Taiwan has shown the characteristics of coordinated promotion of education authorities and colleges and universities,top-down coordination and co-management within colleges and universities,integrated implementation of labor education with professional education and social services,and multi-measures of professional training and teacher incentives.Taiwan’s labor education can be used as a reference.
