摘　　要：[目的/意义]构建决策情报保障体系的最终目的就是促使情报流与决策流能够有效融合,保障决策每一环节实现情报的快速响应,而这离不开多层级组织部门间的协同联动工作。通过建立协同机制框架,促使各部门组织之间的联系与沟通,全方位、全流程促使决策情报体系的协调运转。[方法/过程]采用规范研究方法,围绕协同内涵、特征、构成要件进行剖析。[结果/结论]提出情报保障体系协同机制框架构建设想,包括构建“四位一体”协同模式、形成“跨层级、跨部门、跨界”的三跨联动路径以及打造情报保障体系的“三全”格局。[Purpose/significance]The ultimate goal of constructing a decision-making intelligence guarantee system is to promote the effective integration of intelligence flow and decision-making flow,and to ensure that each link of decision-making achieves rapid intelligence response,which is inseparable from the coordination and linkage of multi-level organizational departments.Through the establishment of a coordination mechanism framework,it promotes the contact and communication between various departments and organizations,and promotes the coordinated operation of the decision-making intelligence system in an allround and full process.[Method/process]This paper adopts normative research methods and analyzes the connotation,characteristics and constituent elements of synergy.[Result/conclusion]This paper proposes the construction of a framework for the coordination mechanism of the intelligence assurance system,including the construction of a“four-in-one”coordination model,the formation of a“cross-level,cross-department,and cross-border”three-dimensional linkage path,and the creation of a“three-all”pattern of the intelligence assurance system.
