摘　　要：基础微生物学实验是生命科学专业学生的必修课程,该实验的基础性和必修性特点要求教师对学生的实验成绩评价更为客观。基础实验意在锻炼学生基本实验技能,但大多数此类基础实验的学时少、学分低,大家对于此类实验重视不够。实验课程成绩评价中如果无法给出客观公正的成绩不仅会打击学生学习的积极性,同时也对其他相关学科的学习产生不利影响。介绍了对基础微生物实验成绩评价的思考及一些具体改进方法,希望为基础类实验课的评定提供些新的思路。Basic microbiology experiments are a compulsory course for many students majoring in life sciences.The basic and compulsory course characteristics of this experiment require teachers to evaluate students’experimental results more objectively.Basic experiments are intended to exercise students’basic experimental skills,but most of these basic experiments have less hours and low credits,and everyone pays less attention to such experiments.If they cann't give objective and fair results in the evaluation of experimental course results,it will not only hit the enthusiasm of students’learning,but also have a negative impact on the learning of other related subjects.This article introduces the thinking and some specific improvement methods for the evaluation of basic microbiological experiment results,hoping to provide some new ideas for the evaluation of basic experiment courses.
