摘　　要：生物医学基础知识点相对分散,概念抽象,属于生物医学类专业的基础课,利用翻转教学模式,分别以教师和学生为主体,介绍翻转实验教学过程中的课前准备、课堂实施及课后的评价体系,并通过人血涂片的制备及血细胞的观察这一具体实验,探讨翻转课堂实验中,教师如何引导学生学习的过程,如何通过积极的方式来提升学生的自主学习能力,激发学生的创新能力。The basic knowledge points of biomedicine are relatively scattered, and the concept is abstract. It belongs to the basic courses of biomedical majors. Using the flipped teaching mode, teachers and students become the main body. This paper introduce the pre-class preparation, class implementation and after-class evaluation of the flipped experiment teaching process. Through the specific experiment of the preparation of human blood smears and the observation of blood cells, explore how to guide the learning process of students in flipped classroom experiments, how to improve students’ independent learning ability and stimulate students’ innovation in a positive way ability.
