后疫情时期:家庭体育对小学生体育锻炼态度的影响研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对后疫情时期家庭体育与小学生锻炼态度关系进行研究。结果表明:不同性别小学生在行为认知和行为习惯上存在显著差异;不同年级小学生在行为态度、行为认知、情感体验和主观标准上存在显著差异,但在目标态度、行为习惯、行为意向和行为控制感上不存在差异;家庭成员锻炼行为与小学生锻炼态度各个维度呈显著正相关,但在行为控制感上呈负相关,家庭成员锻炼时间与情感体验呈正相关。With the guide of literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the relationship between family sports and primary school students’exercise attitudes in the post-epidemic period.The conclusions are as follows:there are distinct differences in behavior cognition and behavior habits among pupils of different genders;there are distinct differences in behavior attitude,behavior cognition,emotional experience and subjective standards among primary school students of different grades,but no differences in target attitude,behavior habits,behavior intentions and sense of behavior control;thereis adistinctpositive correlation between family members’exercise behaviorsand various dimensions of pupils’physical exercise attitudes,but there was anegative correlation in sense of behavior control andpositive correlation between exercise time and emotional experience of family members.
