摘　　要：中国特色社会主义新时代下,临床技能培训中心的预设目标不再是局限于培养医学从业人员的专业医学技能,而是扩展到培养具备医学理性思维和感性道德传统的社会主义医学新人才。因此,临床技能培训中心的建设也必须与时俱进,因时、因势而变,才能与新时代的发展相适应。本文首先提出中国特色社会主义新时代下临床技能培训中心面临的主要挑战,包括医学教育的素质化、诊疗技术的智能化和教学技术的信息化等;然后介绍我院临床技能培训中心在应对挑战时,主动采取的具体举措以及相应的建设成果;最后讨论总结我们在临床技能培训中心建设中汲取的经验以及展望未来的发展规划。Under the new era of characteristic socialism,the preset goal of clinical skills training center is no longer confined to training professional medical skills of medical practitioners,but expanding to the cultivation of new socialist medical talents with rational medical thinking and perceptual moral tradition.Therefore,the construction of clinical skills training centers must also be compatible with the development of a new era.This paper first puts forward the main challenges faced by the clinical skills training center in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,including the quality of medical education,the intellectualization of diagnosis and treatment,and the informatization of teaching technology.Then,we describe how the clinical skills training center of our hospital addresses these challenges by introducing proactive specific initiatives as well as corresponding construction outcomes.Finally,we conclude this paper with some discussions in our learned lessons and future developmental planning.
