摘 要:目的 从性别角度分析药学毕业生就业意向、择业心态和择业行为的差异。方法 以发放问卷的方式在陕西省三所大学药学专业进行毕业生求职调查。结果 分别有39.6%男生和30.7%女生期望去县级医院工作,其次为医药企业,分别为29.2%和25.3%。如果没有找到工作,60.4%男生和72.9%女生选择将息适应等待,12.5%男生和21.8%女生倾向选择继续深造,27.1%男生和5.3%女生选择转行或自主创业(χ^(2)=22.997,P<0.001)。有45.8%男生择业时担心没有社会关系受到排挤,女生为19.1%(χ^(2)=15.572,P<0.001)。男女生的择业自主性也具有显著差异(χ^(2)=11.436,P<0.01)。结论 男女药学本科毕业生的求职意向均主要为各级公立医疗机构,其次为药企。男女生在求职心态、找工作担心的事以及择业自主性等方面有显著差异。Objective To identify and analyse the differences of job-searching intention,attitude and behaviour of the final-year pharmacy undergraduate students by gender.Methods A questionnaire study about job searching was conducted among final-year undergraduate pharmacy students from three universities in Shaanxi province.Results There are 39.6%male students and 30.7%female students intended to work in a county hospital followed by 29.2%and 25.3%intended to work in the pharmaceutical industry,respectively.If they couldn't get a job,60.4%male and 72.9%female chose to maintain the status quo,12.5%male and 21.8%intended to pursue a higher-level degree and 27.1%male and 5.3%female intended to change careers or start a self-employment career(χ^(2)=22.997,P<0.001).During the job selection process,45.8%males worried about being elbowed due to their insufficient social relationships,while only 19.1%females felt the same(χ^(2)=15.572,P<0.001).The autonomy of job selection was significantly different between genders as well(χ^(2)=11.436,P<0.01).Conclusion Both male and female final-year pharmacy undergraduate students'career intention is to work in public medical institutions,followed by working in the pharmaceutical industry.Job-searching attitude,worrisome things in job searching and the autonomy of job selection were significantly different between genders.
