胃舒合剂联合针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胃舒合剂联合针灸治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的临床效果。方法:将脾胃湿热型CAG患者120例采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各60例。对照组口服胆胃康胶囊,治疗组口服胃舒合剂联合针灸进行治疗,两组疗程均为1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状变化及胃镜下胃黏膜炎症变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者胃痛、胃胀、灼热拒按症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率为60.00%,高于对照组的45.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜下胃黏膜炎症改善愈显率治疗组为45.00%,对照组为41.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒合剂联合针灸治疗CAG脾胃湿热证效果优于胆胃康胶囊。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Weishu mixture and acupuncture in the treatment of CAG of spleen and stomach damp-heat pattern.Methods:All 120 cases of spleen and stomach damp-heat type CAG were separated into the control group and the treatment group by using random number table method,with60 cases in each group.The control group took Danweikang capsules orally,and the treatment group was treated by oral Weishu mixture and acupuncture,the course of the treatment was one month.To observe the changes of clinical symptoms and mucosal inflammation changes under gastroscope between both groups before and after treating.Results:After treatment,the scores of stomachache,stomach distension,scorching hot and rejecting to press reduced in both groups compared with these before treatment(P<0.05),the decrease of the treatment group was more notable(P<0.05),markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 60.00%,higher than 45.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Markedly effective rate of mucosal inflammation changes under gastroscope of the treatment group was 45.00%,higher than 41.67% of the control group,the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Weishu mixture and acupuncture in the treatment of CAG of spleen and stomach damp-heat pattern are better than oral Danweikang capsules.
