摘  要:探讨了烟煤、无烟煤、蜂窝煤等典型民用燃煤的煤质组成及其燃烧特性。煤质分析结果表明,蜂窝煤的灰分较高(51.35%),烟煤的挥发分含量(29.37%)远远高于无烟煤和蜂窝煤,这也是导致烟煤排放的挥发性有机物远高于其他两种煤的重要原因。热重分析结果表明,不同种类的煤燃烧特性各异,蜂窝煤在400~720℃温度范围的损失最严重,无烟煤在600~800℃温度范围的损失最严重,烟煤则在350~650℃温度范围的损失最严重。烟煤的外延起始温度最低(469℃)、无烟煤的最高(664℃);蜂窝煤的燃尽温度最低(518℃)、无烟煤的最高(709℃)。因此,燃烧过程中应根据不同煤质的燃烧特性控制合适的燃烧温度,以降低燃煤烟气中污染物的排放。民用燃煤致癌风险分析结果为:烟煤在460℃燃烧条件下,苯的R值为1.15×10^(-4),高于EPA设定的安全阈值(1.00×10^(-6)),需要引起关注。二次有机气溶胶(SOA)分析结果表明,烟煤燃烧烟气中苯系物对SOA的贡献较高,且随着燃烧温度的升高,TSOA明显下降。The coal quality composition and combustion characteristics of typical civil coal such as bituminous coal,anthracite and honeycomb coal were discussed.The results of coal quality analysis show that the ash content of honeycomb coal is high(51.35%),and the volatile content of bituminous coal(29.37%)is much higher than that of anthracite and honeycomb coal,which is also an important reason that the volatile organic compounds emitted by bituminous coal are much higher than those of the other two coals.Thermogravimetric analysis results show that different types of coal have different combustion characteristics.The loss of honeycomb coal is the most serious in the temperature range of 400~720℃,the loss of anthracite is the most serious in the temperature range of 600~800℃,and the loss of bituminous coal is the most serious in the temperature range of 350~650℃.The epitaxial initiation temperature of bituminous coal is the lowest(469℃),and that of anthracite is the highest(664℃);the lowest burnout temperature of honeycomb coal(518℃)and the highest burnout temperature of anthracite(709℃).Therefore,appropriate combustion temperature should be controlled according to the combustion characteristics of different coals in the combustion process to reduce the emission of pollutants in coal-fired flue gas.The carcinogenic risk analysis results of civil coal combustion showed that when bituminous coal is burned at 460°C,the R value of benzene is 1.15×10^(-4),higher than the safety threshold set by EPA(1.00×10^(-6)),which needs attention.The results of secondary organic aerosol(SOA)analysis show that the contribution of benzene series to SOA in bituminous coal combustion flue gas is higher,and TSOA decreases significantly with the increase of combustion temperature.
