摘　　要：ArcGIS软件实质是一个全面的GIS平台,拥有一系列的GIS框架,基于ArcGIS的功能优势,将其用于森林调查规划设计中,进行栅格图配准、行政界线编辑、小班属性编辑等,加快森林调查规划设计工作的速度,并可保证调查成果的全面性与精确性。本文首先从森林调查规划设计的要求入手,明确了调查根据、任务、内容等事项,规划了ArcGIS软件应用的技术路线与应用流程,并对其使用方法进行了论述,以促进ArcGIS软件在森林调查规划设计中的充分应用,发挥ArcGIS软件技术的优势,提高森林调查规划设计的信息化水平。ArcGIS software is essentially a comprehensive GIS platform,with a series of GIS frameworks,based on the functional advantages of ArcGIS,it is used in forest survey planning and design,grid map registration,administrative boundary editing,small class attribute editing,etc.,to speed up the planning and design of forest survey,and to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of survey results.This paper starts with the requirements of forest survey planning and design,clarifies the survey basis,tasks,content and other matters,plans the technical route and application process of ArcGIS software application,and discusses its use method,in order to promote the full application of ArcGIS software in forest survey planning and design,make use of the advantages of ArcGIS software technology,and improve the information level of forest survey planning and design.
