摘 要:为分析青少年赛艇运动员伤病与FMS测试结果的相关性及损伤的风险阈值,该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测试法、数理统计法,分析30名青少年赛艇运动员伤病及FMS筛查结果。结果表明:青少年赛艇运动员运动损伤以慢性损伤为主,占比72.4%,损伤部位主要集中在腰、膝、踝,占比89%;FMS总分、深蹲得分与其伤病高度相关;ROC曲线下面积0.868,损伤风险阈值为15。结论与建议:教练员应针对性地制订预防及纠正性训练方案;功能动作筛查可以作为青少年赛艇运动员损伤风险的预测工具,当总分小于等于15分时,具有较高损伤风险,教练员应给予高度关注。In order to analyze the correlation between injury and FMS test results of 30 young rowers and the risk threshold of injury,this paper analyzed the injury and FMS screening results of 30 young rowers by means of literature,questionnaire,test and mathematical statistics.The results showed:The sports injury of young rowers is mainly chronic injury,accounting for 72.4%,and the injury parts are mainly concentrated in waist,knee and ankle,accounting for 89%;The total score of FMS and squat score are related to the height of injury;The area under the ROC curve is 0.868 and the damage risk threshold is 15.Conclusions and suggestions:Coaches should formulate preventive and corrective training programs;Functional movement screening can be used as a prediction tool for the injury risk of young rowers.When the total score is less than or equal to 15 points,it has a high injury risk,and coaches should pay high attention to it.
