摘  要:研究了紫外光辐照强度和时间对环氧树脂胶黏剂老化性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,在两种紫外光辐照强度下,环氧树脂胶黏剂的色差和黄色指数都呈现逐渐增大的趋势,当老化时间超过50 h时,相同老化时间下,紫外光辐照强度越大则对应的色差和黄色指数越大;随着老化时间的延长,胶黏剂的甲基/亚甲基峰和酯/醚基峰面积变化率都呈现逐渐减小的特征,而羰基峰面积变化率都呈现逐渐增大的特征,即紫外光辐照老化过程中,胶黏剂的甲基/亚甲基峰和酯/醚基峰具有向羧基转变的特征;紫外光辐照强度越大、老化时间越长,则铝箔表面胶黏剂的老化降解程度愈大。The effects of ultra violet(UV)radiation intensity and time on aging properties and microstructure of chemical epoxy resin adhesive were observed.The results show that the color difference and yellow index of epoxy resin adhesive under two UV radiation intensities respectively increase gradually over the aging time;the higher the UV radiation intensity is,the greater the color difference and yellow index are when the aging time is more than 50 h;with the extension of aging time;the change rates of the methyl/methylene and ester/ether peak areas of the chemical adhesive decrease gradually,while that of carbonyl peak area increase,that is,the methyl/methylene peak and ester/ether peak tend to be carbonyl peak during UV radiation aging process.The higher the UV radiation intensity and the longer the radiation aging time are,the greater the degradation degree of the adhesive on the surface of aluminum foil is.
