摘　　要：目的对比Apexcal、氢氧化钙、氯已定封药在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中效果。方法选择本院2019年4月至2020年7月收治的123例慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C组,各41例,A组给予Apexcal糊剂封药,B组给予通用氢氧化钙糊剂封药,C组给予氯已定凝胶封药。比较3组患者的临床疗效及粪肠球菌gleE基因表达检出率,并记录治疗后并发症发生情况。结果A组治疗有效率(100.00%)明显高于B组(78.05%)和C组(90.24%)(P<0.05);封药前,3组粪肠球菌gleE基因表达检出率无统计学差异(P>0.05);封药后,A组阳性率明显低于C组和B组(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后并发症发生率相比无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论Apexcal糊剂相比于氢氧化钙糊剂及氯已定凝胶,在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中能够有效抑制粪肠球菌gleE基因的表达,临床疗效显著,安全性较好。Objective To compare the effects of Apexcal,calcium hydroxide,and chlorhexidine in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods The 123 patients with chronic apical periodontitis admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they are divided into groups A,B,and C,41 cases in each group,and group A was given Apexcal paste sealing medicine,B group was given general calcium hydroxide paste sealing medicine,C group was given chlorhexidine gel sealing medicine.Compare the clinical efficacy and the detection rate of Enterococcus faecalis gleE gene expression in the 3 groups of patients,and record the occurrence of complications after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in group A(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in group B(78.05%)and group C(90.24%)(P<0.05);Before drug sealing,the detection rate of Enterococcus faecalis gleE gene expression in the three groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);after drug closure,The positive rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group C and group B(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications after treatment in the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion To compared with calcium hydroxide paste and chlorhexidine gel,Apexcal paste can effectively inhibit the expression of Enterococcus faecalis gleE gene in the root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,with significant clinical efficacy and better safety.
