摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种病因未明的以记忆丧失和严重的智力损害为特征的神经系统疾病。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)以无创的方式通过减少神经毒性物质、促进突触可塑性、产生长期后效应、削弱神经炎症以及降低脑组织的氧化应激等机制作用于AD患者大脑,影响患者的记忆功能。tDCS是一种改善AD患者记忆的重要手段,并且这种治疗手段对记忆改善的效果受刺激位点、电流大小以及刺激时间等因素的影响。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a neurological disorder of unknown etiology characterized by memory loss and severe intellectual impairment.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)acts on the brains of AD patients in a non-invasive manner by reducing neurotoxic substances,promoting synaptic plasticity,producing long-term after-effects,weakening neuroinflammation,and reducing oxidative stress in brain tissue,among other mechanisms that affect patients′memory functions.Therefore,tDCS has become an important tool to improve the memory of AD patients.And the effect of this treatment on memory improvement is influenced by factors such as stimulation site,current level,and stimulation duration.
