大职业教育主义与中国技能型社会建设理路

摘　　要：职业教育是中国技能型社会建设的基本载体,但技能型社会建设显然不是职业教育单个领域所能承担和完成的任务,其中除了涉及职业教育制度改革外,还会与劳资关系制度、社会保护制度乃至宏观产业政策的改革密切相关。重新梳理职业教育前辈学人们的大职业教育主义思想,一方面提醒我们要跳出职业教育领域来思考中国技能型社会建设问题,在借鉴西方职业教育理论和经验的同时,充分挖掘本土思想资源以探寻切合中国本土事实的职业教育高质量发展之路;另一方面也是在拓展当下职业教育研究的边界,与时俱进地思考大职业教育主义思想的时代内涵。中国技能型社会如何在本土传统中生长、扎根,国家、市场以及社会力量如何协作,政府部门、行业企业、职业学校以及劳动者的互动逻辑如何厘清,这些问题都迫切需要从大职业教育主义视角展开深入的理论探索和实证检验。Vocational education is the basic carrier of the construction of China's skilled society,but the construction of skilled society is obviously not the task that a single field of vocational education can undertake and complete.In addition to the reform of vocational education system,it is also closely related to the reform of labor relations system,social protection system and even macro industrial policy.This paper re combs the great vocational educationism thought of the predecessors of vocational education,and finds that:on the one hand,it reminds us to jump out of the field of vocational education to think about the construction of China's skilled society.While learning from western vocational education theory and experience,we should fully tap local ideological resources to explore the road of high-quality development of vocational education in line with China's local facts;on the other hand,it is also expanding the boundary of current vocational education research and thinking about the era connotation of great vocational educationism with the times.How China's skilled society grows and takes root in the local tradition,how the state,market and social forces cooperate,and how to clarify the interactive logic of government departments,industry enterprises,vocational schools and workers.These problems urgently need to carry out in-depth theoretical exploration and empirical test from the perspective of great vocational educationism.
