摘  要:随着我国铁路货运重载技术的发展,货车轴重不断提高,27 t轴重的NX80型平车已完成研制和动力学性能试验。同时速度160 km/h和200 km/h的新线建设和既有线改造所需32.6 m预应力混凝土T型梁质量提升至148 t,既有的桥梁转向架承载能力不足,亟需研究基于27 t轴重平车的预应力混凝土梁转向架以满足运输需求。根据NX80型平车和跨距32m混凝土T型梁技术参数,结合既有桥梁转向架使用经验,设计新型混凝土梁转向架,通过理论计算、有限元分析和静载试验得出,转向架的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足《铁路货物装载加固规则》(TG/HY102-2015)和《铁路货物装载加固材料和装置第1部分:货物转向架》(TB/T3079.1-2016)相关要求。With the development of heavy-load technology in railway freight transportation, the axle load of freight cars has been improved, and the NX80 flat car with an axle load of 27 t has been manufactured and tested for dynamic performance. Meanwhile, the weight of the 32.6 m prestressed concrete T-beam required for the construction of new lines with a speed of 160 km/h and 200 km/h and the reconstruction of existing lines is increased to 148 t, but the bearing capacity of existing bridge turning racks is insufficient. It is urgent to design a new turning rack for prestressed concrete beams on the basis of flat cars with an axle load of 27 t to meet the transportation demand. Given the technical parameters of NX80 flat cars and 32.6 m concrete T-beams, a new concrete beam turning rack was designed according to the application experience of existing bridge turning racks. The theoretical calculation, finite element analysis, and static load test reveal that the strength, stiffness, and stability of the new concrete beam turning rack meet the requirements of Railway Freight Loading Reinforcement Rules(TG/HY102-2015) and Material and Device for Loading and Securing Freight—Part I: Goods Turning Rack(TB/T 3079.1-2016).
