服装贴袋工艺模板的发明演变及创新设计研究

摘　　要：近年来服装制造业智能化水平逐渐提高,服装工艺模板被广泛运用。文章以服装工艺模板PDCA为设计流程,以解决现有贴袋模板问题为目标,对现有贴袋模板的发明演变进行归纳总结,从改变缝制通槽的外形、改变压板的形态、改变卷布的实现方式等方面对服装贴袋工艺模板进行创新设计,以实现一模多用、模板精简化、袋口面料容量的自然加放。研究表明:创新设计的变化性贴袋模简化了模板的操作工序,降低了模板的制作成本,减少因贴袋外形不同而所需换板的时间,工作效率显著提高。In recent years,the intelligence level of garment industry has been gradually improved,and garment process template has been widely used.Taking the garment process template PDCA as the design process,aiming at solving the problem of the existing patch bag template,this paper summarizes the evolution of the invention of the existing patch bag template,the innovative design of Garment bag-sticking process template is carried out from the aspects of changing the shape of sewing slot,changing the shape of pressing plate and changing the way to realize rolling cloth,etc.,in order to achieve a multi-purpose,template simplification,the natural addition and placement of pocket fabric capacity.The research shows that the innovative design of the Changeable Patch bag mould simplifies the operation procedure of the Mould Plate,reduces the cost of making the mould plate,reduces the time of changing the mould plate because of the different shape of the patch bag,and improves the working efficiency significantly.
