摘  要:针对现有智能银行卡制造设备各工序分散生产,产能低的问题,将TRIZ理论的创新思维与方法应用于制卡设备的升级改造中。首先介绍了技术改造的创新设计思想与技术路线,然后运用TRIZ理论分析技术问题,构建矛盾矩阵表;再通过TRIZ理论资源分析法,合理、有效地利用与整合现有资源(设备、场地、时间、人力等)进行设备筛选、机器连接排布,运用TRIZ理论的技术矛盾原理法获得银行卡制卡工序技术问题的发明原理解,最后运用最优原理解将现有设备改造升级成多工艺全自动流线化生产的智慧生产线。结果表明,基于TRIZ的全自动生产线创新设计方案实现了中央系统统一控制,智能协调,无中间流通环节,提高了产能、节省了人力。Aiming at the problems of decentralized production and low production capacity of the existing smart bank card manufacturing equipment,the innovative thinking and method of TRIZ theory were applied to the upgrading of card printing equipment.The innovative design idea and technical route of technological transformation were introduced,then the technical problems were analyzed by using TRIZ theory and constructs the contradiction matrix.Through the resource analysis method of TRIZ theory,the existing resources(equipment,site,time,manpower,etc.)for equipment screening and machine connection arrangement were used and integrated reasonably and effectively,and then the technical contradiction principle method of TRIZ theory was used to obtain the original understanding of the technical problems of bank card printing process.Finally,the optimal principle solution was used to transform and upgrade the existing equipment into an intelligent production line with multi process full-automatic streamlined production.The results show that the innovative design scheme of the fullautomatic production line based on TRIZ realizes the unified control of the central system,intelligent coordination,no intermediate circulation links,improves the production capacity and saves manpower.
