摘 要:以海洋升降平台系统为研究对象,为解决升降平台升降过程中卡死问题提供思路。讲述了液压补偿装置的原理,结合升降补偿系统的要求,叙述了系统模块组成,并分析选择系统模块组成的原因、模块影响系统性能的因素及对应解决措施。对液压补偿装置抽象化,进行单桩腿数学建模,得出传递函数,结合海洋工况进行分析,得出升降平台补偿系统属于高阶控制系统,在实际运用中需要注意系统的稳态情况。升降平台补偿系统因每次的载重量的不同,需要不同的PID控制参数,因此可利用计算机的强大的计算能力及时纠正并优化升降补偿系统的各个参数。升降平台补偿系统是液压补偿,相比而言,使用橡胶弹簧补偿不可控,在严重偏载的情况下还要加大橡胶弹簧的厚度,不经济,且液压补偿可快速调节。Taking the offshore lifting platform system as the research object,some ideas were provided to solve the problem of jamming in the lifting process of the lifting platform.Firstly,the principle of the hydraulic compensation device was described.Combined with the requirements of the lifting compensation system,the composition of the system module was described,and the reasons for selecting the composition of the system module,the factors affecting the system performance and the corresponding solutions were analyzed.The hydraulic compensation device was abstracted,the mathematical modeling of single pile leg was carried out,and the transfer function was obtained.Combined with the analysis of marine working conditions,it was concluded that the lifting platform compensation system belongs to high-order control system,and the steady-state situation of the system should be paid attention to in practical application.The lifting platform compensation system needs different PID control parameters due to different load capacity each time.Therefore,the powerful computing power of the computer can be used to correct and optimize various parameters of the lifting compensation system in time.The compensation system of the lifting platform is hydraulic compensation.In contrast,the use of rubber spring compensation is uncontrollable.In the case of serious eccentric load,it is uneconomical to increase the thickness of rubber spring,and the hydraulic compensation can be adjusted quickly.
