摘　　要：本文基于对齐鲁制药技术创新历程的调查,采用纵向单案例研究方法,依据6C研究框架探索了医药制造企业创新生态系统的演化机理。研究发现,齐鲁制药创新生态系统演化经历了新兴和多样化两个阶段,新兴阶段生态系统成员较少、结构松散、开放性差,技术创新重点关注价值获取;多样化阶段,创新生态系统成员增加,结构完善,开放性强,技术创新重点关注价值创造。在创新生态系统演化的不同阶段,核心主导者动态变迁,不同主导者行为及其作用机理不同。企业使能能力和赋能能力的构建共同推动了医药制造企业创新生态系统的持续性演化和升级。基于此,本文打开了创新生态系统演化的核心驱动力量和作用机理的黑箱,对企业创新生态系统的构建具有一定的指导价值。Based on the investigation of the technological innovation process of QL Pharmaceutical,it adopted the longitudinal single case study method,based on the 6C research framework,to explore the dynamic and internal mechanism of the evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem.It finds that the evolution of QL Pharmaceutical innovation ecosystem has experienced two stages:emerging and diversification.In the emerging stage,the ecosystem has fewer members,loose structure and poor openness,and technological innovation focuses on value acquisition.In the diversification stage,the members of the innovation ecosystem increase,the structure is perfect,the openness is strong,and the technical innovation focuses on value creation.In different stages of innovation ecosystem evolution,the core leaders change dynamically,and the behavior and mechanism of different leaders are different.The construction of enterprises enabling capacity and empowerment capability jointly promotes the sustainable evolution and upgrading of the enterprise innovation ecosystem.Based on this,it opens the black box of the motivation and mechanism of innovation ecosystem evolution,which has certain guiding value for the construction of innovation ecosystem of enterprises.
