面向高校热点事件重大舆情的档案咨询服务现状调查与优化策略研究

摘　　要：档案咨询服务作为以用户需求为导向,通过档案信息加工提炼为用户进行问题解答的一种服务工作,对高校热点舆情治理工作具有重要的参考咨询和决策支持价值。本文以河南省57所普通本科院校为调查样本,对河南省高校档案部门面向高校热点舆情的档案咨询服务现状开展网络调查和电话访谈调查。根据调查结果在网络平台建设、档案资源整合、档案开放、档案数据库建设、联合档案咨询服务和专业素养提升等方面提出优化策略。As a kind of service work that is oriented by user needs and provides users with answers to questions through the processing and refining of Archives information,the Archives consulting service has important reference consulting and decision support value in the management of hot public opinion in colleges and universities.This paper takes 57 ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in Henan Province as the survey sample,and conducts an online survey and telephone interview survey on the current situation of Archives consulting services for colleges and universities in Henan Province.According to the survey results,optimization strategies are put forward in the aspects of network platform construction,Archives resource integration,Archives opening,Archives database construction,joint Archives consulting services and professional quality improvement.
