摘 要:图书馆服务创新主体,是主导服务创新规划、实施和发展进程的力量。馆长、馆员作为图书馆服务创新内部主体,承担服务创新规划组织实施、创意收集提供职责,读者和社会文化信息服务机构作为图书馆服务创新外部主体,在服务创新过程中,提供服务创新创意、参与创新过程。服务创新中,四个主体间可以建立新型上下级信任关系、平等的主客体关系和合作关系,助力服务创新。图书馆应认识到服务创新相关认知、制度和人才资源存在的障碍因素,找寻解决对策,推动图书馆服务创新的发展。The main body of library service innovation is the force leading the process of service innovation planning,implementation and development.Curators and librarians,as the internal subjects of library service innovation,undertake the responsibilities of service innovation planning,organization and implementation,and creative collection and provision.Readers and social and cultural information service institutions,as external subjects of library service innovation,provide service innovation and creativity in the process of service innovation,participate in the innovation process.In service innovation,a new type of trust relationship between superiors and subordinates,an equal subject-object relationship and a cooperative relationship can be established among the four subjects to facilitate service innovation.Libraries should recognize the obstacles that exist in cognition,system and human resources related to service innovation,find solutions,and promote the development of library service innovation.
