摘  要:基于三维点云的管螺纹检测有着广泛的应用前景,是非接触式三维检测技术研究的热点之一。介绍了一种基于对三维扫描得到的螺纹点云数据进行处理的自动检测系统,可以应用在管螺纹的实际生产环境中,对检测系统软件的设计开发进行了详细说明,并通过实验对测量精度进行了验证,为管螺纹检测自动化提供了新的方法。Pipe thread detection based on 3D point cloud has a wide application prospect and is one of the hotspots in the research of non-contact 3D detection technology. This paper introduces an automatic detection system based on processing the thread point cloud data obtained by three-dimensional scanning,which can be applied to the actual environment of pipe thread manufacturing. The design and development of the detection system software are described in detail,and the measurement accuracy is verified through experiments,which provides a new method for pipe thread detection automation.
